27.5 hours per week (9am-3pm)

 Actual salary: £16,700 per annum

Robert Barclay Academy is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant. In the past 2 years the academy has been oversubscribed; making it an exciting time to join the team.

The role of Teaching Assistant offers great opportunities to develop and is a very rewarding role seeing the pupils flourish.

What we can offer-

  • Opportunities for graduates to progress into Teacher Training Programme
  • Seeing and being part of pupil’s development and achievements
  • A school place for a child of a permanent member of staff, providing the criteria is met.

If you have a ‘can do’ attitude and can offer the team excellent communication skills, show intuition within a range of everyday task and activities and want to support the needs of the pupils with flair; this could be the role for you.
