Uniform
At RBA, we have high expectations of standards of dress and all students must follow the academy dress code. The RBA uniform is very smart and distinctive and wearing the uniform smartly demonstrates that you are proud to belong to the RBA community and are ready to learn.
Students in the Sixth Form have a smart dress code which reflects a general business look appropriate for their role as lead learners in the school.
Wearing uniform incorrectly will be dealt with through the School’s Consequences System. The school will generally always try to give a child a replacement item to wear. As a last resort, a student may be sent home to change if they are not wearing correct uniform or alternatively, they will be asked to sit in our Silent Learning Centre.
FORBA (Friends of Robert Barclay Academy) do sell second-hand uniform. If you wish to enquire about availability of second-hand uniform, please contact Student Reception.
PE kit can be purchased from HT Sports
All uniform items can be obtained from the school suppliers, Stevensons, items not specific to Robert Barclay Academy are available at many other retailers.
