Below is a programme of events, information, meetings and deadlines which supports the GCSE options process:

Options Evening

Wednesday 4th February 2026

 Options form to be sent to students and parents 

 

Through this period
  • Students / parents confer with subject teachers and Heads of Department
  • Subject Assemblies in Year Group
  • Careers advice available through YC Herts and subject staff
Friday 27th February 2026 Progress Reports released

Thursday 5th March 2026

Year 8 Parent Consultation Evening - In Person

4:00pm - 7:00pm
Monday 9th March 2026 FINAL OPTIONS DEADLINE
Monday 10th March - Friday 20th March 2026 Options Interviews with Mrs Gray

Monday 18th May - Friday 22nd May 2026

End of year exams start
