Robert Barclay Academy is part of Scholars’ Education Trust. We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and dynamic teacher to join the Maths team as their Raising Standards Leader. The successful candidate will help to develop research led principles on the use of assessment to maximise student achievement and coordinate, review and assess interventions.
This is an exciting opportunity as this is a brand-new role, which will help to shape research led approaches within a growing department and school.
You will be an outstanding practitioner with the desire, energy and drive to further improve standards of achievement and ensure teaching is of the highest quality across all key stages.
This is a very exciting time to join a dynamic teaching team who are committed to the continued progression the school is making. In March 2023, Ofsted judged the school to be ‘Good’ in all areas. As part of this Ofsted inspection, the parents were effervescent of their praise for the school (Ofsted Parent View).
We are a school on the rise and as result of our rapidly improving reputation, the school is expanding due to increased pupil numbers. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced and well-established Maths team, one that embraces our Apple School status.
